Rashovnik is a fairly straightforward fight, though if it charms multiple people, the situation can degrade fast, A summoner group is most effective.

That said, in order to obtain this item at a reasonable (If at all) rate, you need to trigger the Atma Surge. This can be accomplished by Striking Rashovnik with a Physical Weapon skill, Magical Weapon skill, or Magical Attack (Pet's seem to not count) which will severely debilitate Rashovnik and increase the likelihood of this drop.
