	Grants 1TP / 3 ticks so while great in campaign, still a slow build. Awesome when waiting for mobs though, can build up to 300% if just waiting. 2010-04-17 15:58:09

	Even at 1TP/tick this could get my drk to a 5 hit build in campaign when stacked with rose strap, askar body, rajas etc. 5hit build > than 15 more attack in campaign. 2010-03-23 13:17:02
