This drops from Rogue Receptacle in Ro'Maeve, spawns past Eastern Moongate and respawns every 2-4 hours. It is a Lottery spawn from one specific Magic Flagon that jumps from room to room, the NM itself spawns in the Southwestern room at the bottom floor. NM spams Double Ray at <50% and has Triple Attack and Enlight effect on attacks, Happy Hunting!

I got this drop today after popping NM doing FoV page 2, 1/5.

Now I can level my BST...

I think it's hilarious that S-E named it suggesting that it's for BRDs, yet it clearly is better for BST.

Just got this, drops off Rogue Receptacle in Ro Maeve, you need moongate pass to access it.
