Knottsmustang is right in the fact that these feet are nice for DNC, but incorrect that you should TP in them. Haste is too important to give up. The only time these should be used for tp is if you have terrible acc on whatever you're fighting for some reason. These are exceptional feet for Dancer WS's, and they're also really good for landing steps if you haven't gotten your etoile shoes yet. I'd also personally use these for my Violent Flourish (stun) gearswap.
