Sure the enfeebling skill +3 on these is nice, but going by the magic accuracy breakdown on wiki, goliard clogs are just plain better. M.acc+2 and INT/MND +4 = m.Acc +4~6 (depending on whether ur INT/MND is greater than mob's INT/MND + 10). Even at the low end, M.acc +4 is still more than that from pigaches, and not to mention you get the potency added in from the INT/MND, whereas pigaches give no potency. Goliard also match these on hMP.

Possible drop off a ZNM Tier 2 "Iriz Ima". Marid. Pretty easy to duo on various jobs; bouncing hate back and forth.
