Amazing for Campaign junkies like myself. If it's not too difficult to acquire, any mage would want a pair. WHM, RDM, PLD, SMN, and BLU can all equip it, making it even more useful.
while it doesnt seem like it, these are nice for drg's in campaign who solo/tank mobs in campaign. 1 mp per tick from sigil + 1 mp from this = near limitless mp for HB trigger spells
sandy campaign op bcnm "Splitting Heirs" drops gloves that add "regen" effect 2hp/tic so my hope is for 2mp/tic from these. they look like the yagudo foorwear from wotg areas
