Magic acc/att +8 with is awesome for people such as myself who don't have access to higher tier gear such as morrigan's. Obviously an awesome upgrade from teal as many blm's are using now. Refresh effect is great as there's no macro'n out for a refresh piece anymore saving a slot, and pretty much a solid fast cast on Elemental magic. Mp to boot. It's still got room to improve with the +2...
