Best nuking and debuffing head piece for RDM. simply amazing. Only time you wouldnt use this is when you are macroing in Duelist Chapeau while your idle for Refresh or macro in AF hat for Fast Cast for non-enfeebling spells.

I don't understand why Moogleking got rated down, he's pretty much correct, Dchap for idle set, AF hat for spells that benefit from fast cast like utsusemi.
This destroys warlock's chapeau for nuking.
Obviously a macro piece for using composure, unless you need to keep it on while composure is active for whatever it enhances about it.

Pure and simple its a very well rounded piece that compliments red mage quite nicely.

It misses out on fast cast but hey in events when are you subbing ninja anyway.

AF for fast cast
Relic for idle
This for everything else
