Rancor Mantle + Nefarious Collar will slighly beat Rancor Collar + Aetheling Mantle on Victory Smite. You can only DA on the first 2 hits of a WS, but you can Crit on any hit, including additional DA hits.
But like mentioned, the improvement is small, around 0.7%.
