Wanion Belt for TA Mercy? I don't think so.

Even if you are capping both pdif and fSTR, Prosilio is still the best belt unless you're actually losing any DA, in which case this belt will pull ahead. Not capping? Stick to Prosilio.

Don't want to pay 3mil for Prosilio? Elanid is still a pretty good alternative.

It's also a very nice belt for Exenterator, losing out to Prosilio only as your pdif starts reaching 1.
