Why would this be anymore useful for one-hit weaponskills? If anything, it's only useful for multi-hit WS's with a high number of hits where you are expecting to hit the 8-hit cap. The new 7-hit club WS comes to mind (when dual-wielding). May vary with Triple Attack atmas (maybe decent with Torcleaver since the best atma set for that is RR/Apoc/Alpha&Omega).
Could also maybe be useful when Warrior's or Assassin's Charge is up.
@ Dekoda: DA can proc on the first 2 hits of a ws. So any 1% Double Attack has 2 opportunities to proc on a ws with 2+ hits. So any -% to double attack has 2 chances to prevent a DA proc. So anytime you do a 1-hit ws, this belt has comparatively half the opportunity to weaken it vs 2+ hit ws's.
may sound dumb... but for a sam im wondering if this would be a good single hit WS peice... since DA dosent matter much to one smack to somethings face....but for multi hit like Shoho... wonder what it would do.
for multihit weaponskills its exceptional, the reason people will pay lots for this is its extremely rare and hard to obtain and its the current best str/attack belt available via the auction house.
i use it on pretty much every weaponskill now as just by eyeballing i can notice a difference in my ws capabilitys vs elemental ws belts.
i paid just over 2 mil for mine and im very glad i did id pay more knowing how good it is.
