Enhances Feint effect gives another -10 Evasion per merit level.

BG has these listed as possible +6 steal 'based on JP version,' but they don't. it's exactly the same.

Acc+10, enmity+6 and "giru suchi-ru kou hate appu (gil steal effect limit up)." while "giru suchi-ru" technically translates to gil steal, it's actually the JP name for Gilfinder. I imagine some noob did a bablefish translation, saw 'steal limit up' (giru probably didn't translate, as gil is not a 'normal' japanese word) and decided these add steal.

also, one of the community devs looked at the source help text back in March. there's no mention of steal. He said he'd ask the game devs if it was intentional. this was 6~ months ago.
