Doesn't quite beat Duelist's Boots +2 for RDM nuking unless 4 pieces (all except trews) are worn for a +10 set effect.

Beats out Savants Loafers when klimaform is not up, and is the new standard for MND based enfeebs on SCH anyways.

Still doesn't really beat out Duelist +2 because the maximum gained via the set bonus from an additional piece is 5 INT.
