Actually, they have 1% more haste than Raider's Culottes +2; but regardless they are still superior TP pants in any condition outside of capped fSTR/PDIF, which you won't find very often on THF, or unless you are in optimal dDEX range.

They are also amazing TA pants, the best Exenterator pants, and come out slightly ahead of Whirlwind Dirs for both SA and TA Mercy Stroke (for my sets anyway).

Only one more haste than THF's AF3+2, but that means you can use this and Thaumas Coat to replace your AF3+2 legs/body for a TP set. Same overall haste, less crits, but more accuracy, attack, and 3% double/triple/quad attack!
