	Only thing that can come close to this for SMN magical pacts is Auspex/Spurrina Gages ("increase blood pact damage"). More testing would be needed, especially on the HQ although Hexed -1 armor is pricey and difficult to synth as of May 2012, and will likely be so till 2013. 2012-05-31 14:54:43
