From a WAR perspective this actual sit's behind the EMP +2 hands which trump it in STR,DEX, and acc. If you are a WAR looking into adding a little firepower to your WS, you may want to look into the Relic +2 hands. They offer less STR but a lot of extra att.

I'd use these for Ukko's Fury in VoidWatch. You still get a good chunk of DEX for crit rate while getting accuracy and double attack.

Heca+1 might be better in Abyssea but it is arguable in VoidWatch. Also these can hold you over until you get ideal synergy augments.
