This is a better body that Nares Saio except when you can utilize its additional M.acc. Even nuking in 4/5 of the set, the 4th piece has a +5 INT bonus to it which falls short of the 15 INT on this piece.
With current prices being 6-7mil on Ragnarok, that's a pretty steep price to pay for 1 more INT. If you're buying neo-nyzul gear on the other hand...
Nares Body will outperform this easily considering, except for SCH, that Nares Head/Hands/Feet are already best in slot, therefore you can attribute the set bonus of INT+10 to the body, keeping it the best overall.
