She has to be a Monk- I have yet to see her counter but, judging by how fast(Martial Arts) she attacks, as well as the massive HP pool(coupled with the fact almost all Mandies are monks), I can almost say for sure, she is a monk.

Interesting side note: Since she's a plant, she gets intimidated by Vermin ; _; was killing crawlers for unity RoE when I started noticing the intimidation messages
