Deep state isn't really a thing, it's just liberals doing what their ideology tells them to do. Part of the progressive ideology is to use one's position in society to effect social change and right social injustices. Thus the FBI agents who are Democrats are now in a quandary where their political religion tells them they must use their positions as FBI agents to attempt to right the social injustice of another conservative being appointed to the Supreme Court. It becomes their moral obligation to stop any President Trump nomination. Cue all the shenanigans that went on to create the Mueller investigation.

Apparently you completely missed the point. I never said that it would have a negative effect in literally every case ever, because that makes no sense. You're going to need more than a handful of anecdotes to disapprove a statement I made that could take years to fully realize.

I made a comment about it earlier, though I don't remember exactly when. I basically mentioned how Ford's windfall was going to inspire opportunistic copycats that basically ruin the credibility of women with legitimate #MeToo scenarios.

I'm telling you, and I am not advocating for it, don't get me wrong. A civil war is coming. People are getting really pissed on both sides but right will take the day. I think there is much more firepower and strength on the right if this ever did happen.
