Situationally, not universally. Unless we're talking about hq acc rings, in which case are superior for 2handers as well.

The thing is about this game is that a lot more jobs can wear gear than can make proper use of it. Just because all jobs can wear Iota, doesn't mean they should. Some obviously shouldn't, and in those cases it need not be discussed. I was annoyed by all the players referring to this as akin to say a Domaru TPing SAMs (Not that Domaru was brought up lol) for spotting a bad player. It's not a bad piece if you use it properly like much of the armor in this game.

Discussing this as a bad ring for 1Hers is simply stating a fact that most know/agree with, there's no point. Not that much of what I read on this site has a point tbh... But making a post saying using this makes you bad while not specifying that you meant it on a 1Her helps this proliferate this stigma that Iota isn't worth getting.

I deem it "passable" on the epic scale; being so self paranoid when you're such a volatile person is amusing to the point its sad. If you can't take abuse, don't give it out!

In comparison to hq acc rings, it's ***for both 1handers and 2 handers. For 2handers it can be worse than non hq ring options IF your dex is even when adding it. If your dex is odd, then it is superior.

Which is where situationally comes from. It depends on your situation, but to say Iota is universally worse than nq acc rings for 1handers is wrong.

I didn't take down my equipment, FFXIAH updated. You can look at my item sets and see my gear. I have no control over what FFXIAH does when it shows my gear etc, it picked a weird time to update or something, I was naked making cream puffs or pizza as DNC/wHM porting around with chocobo jig.

I edited my post with caps to make it more clear what I was talking about because people kept saying the same thing over and over, and wouldn't reading every post in the thread where I later said "Im aware its fine for 2h, I'm talking about 1h". The caps is to indicate what I added.

Don't use it on DNC, use woodsmans snipers or blood ring. Upgrade to toreadors/snipers+1/vnm dex ring.
