Yay, abilink partner!
Seeing this thread title and all I could think of is...
Not yet! Just a little longer! More! Keep going! Still not enough! You can do this! Stop! That's it! The only game where "replay value" means playing it once and never again. When I'm 120 hours in(with no afk time) and still not finished though I consider it well worth the money I spent.
I rarely ever replay rpg I already finished since I have good memory, the point is if it entertained me the first time. It was tedious as hell past chapter 5. Prior to that I would say it is a very good game, but then every "side quest" becomes inconsequential as their stories become more and more incoherent. Not to mention, the combat in the game is so easily broken very early. Even their "plot twists" were not really plot twists.
First half of the game: very good. Rest of it: awful. I disagree.
Then we agree to disagree.

And I thought the last move was high. a friend of mine picked this up recently, and that move apparently did under half the damage (resisted maybe? idk) but still managed to finish off the boss lol Bahamut.Rulerofdarkness

Last one was strong enough to one shot the boss I was fighting. I'm sure this one will do the same whenever I decide to use it. Side note. Left my game running in Big Pharma mode for ~3hours this morning while I did some stuff at work. Came back to it and had around 570k Pg. (Only had 22k previously) Only in Chapter 2, so no major mind items or that one shield that makes it completely flawless. Only reason I was able to do this was thanks to you guys who added me as frans. THANKS FRANS!! Offline

Valefor.Sehachan said: » That's only for physical attacks. Edit: I'm going to assume Meteor is non-elemental like usual, in which case I can make a couple more suggestions. Spiritmaster's Stillness ability nullifies all damage to allies and enemies for two turns, which could work if whatever you're fighting uses Meteor at set intervals. Dark Knight also has the Absorb Magic ability, and Merchant has Low Leverage. Salve-Maker has Feel No Pain which negates damage for two turns, but then deals it all at once afterwards. If you save one character with that, you can use the Resurrect skill to bring the other three back and let the fourth one flop afterwards. If nothing else you could always set White Mage's Angelic Ward ability and hope it procs. ooooo gun weapon looks pretty snazzy!
Ok, I JUST downloaded the Demo version of Bravely Default, and so far I like it. I'm already capped at level 20, and capped off all of the current available jobs in a matter of a few days.
Unfortunately, I have like, no registered friends on my Friend List, and I was wondering. In order for that to work, do they also have to have played Bravely Default? How does that system work? Sorry for the nub question about the game, I JUST got into it. Quetzalcoatl.Wulfie

A 16 minute video of the TGS Demo of Bravely Second!
"new wizard class which allows you to not only cast a spell but modify it—i.e., speeding up its priority, making it damage over time, or making it affect all enemies or allies—at the expense of an extra brave point." http://kotaku.com/bravely-second-is-exactly-what-you-want-it-to-be-1636290447 Quetzalcoatl.Wulfie

Just beat praline on the bridge and it said can listen to her songs on the grandship at night time but i went there at night time and nothing :?
I'm not aware of any way to listen to Praline on Grandship, or why you'd want to, but my guess would be to look in the bar area, I think there is a piano there.
I just noticed the other day how the title card changes after that one thing happens.

It is really quick and only happens after you select a save after that thing happens.
