Honestly, didn't read your 1st post, read Zah's reply and saw that it was about dating girls in certain age groups.
hence my post wasn't aimed at anyone, rather, a view, someone would make if desperate and ronely lol. (I do know some people like that) :D

I'm not gonna knock em as I thought such things at that age and why shouldn't you? Look at how the media portrays love, relationships and marriage in general. In 90 minutes your Disney heartthrobs go from hopeless romantics to happily ever after. Same for movies, books and Final Fantasy XI!
Not to mention that between 17-21 is home to apathy, cynics and Ayn Rand fodder. It's a very polarizing portion of life for most people where you think you something yet know nothing. For every hopeless romantic you've got someone high on Nietzsche dropping quotes like it's the hottest ***around. If you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you. Also cut my life to pieces, this is my last resort.

If you were to see my Facebook feed you'd think everyone in the world was perfect and that relationships just happen instantly.
I mean as long as you filter out the woman who posts to her deadbeat baby daddy in a passive-aggressive tone, the man who posts all these intellectual lovey quotes to his galpal sitting right next to him, the new parents posting their kid puking on the dog, the bitter romantic who has declared love is a farce, the other dude who posts nothing but boobs, the other other dude who posts dinner dates with his body pillow and the gal who loves her rotten cards and vibrators.
