kinda late on this lol but yeah apparantly they cant lift the ban on my account even though they know, exactly what happened.
I have a twin brother chad, chadelico on gilgamesh, and my account was on his debit card since i had to pay the internet bill(parents dont do sh*t for us>.>;) there was coincidentilly a charge on his card for 12.95 that he wanted to refund, BUT he accidentally refunded the ffxi charg. so they ban me, i pay them the 12.95 again, then they f*cking perma ban me for an honest mistake that any regular person could have made!

Thats stupid, call em again and ask to speak the the most important person there. Thats what I'm gonna do if my account can't be recovered.

They are banning people for stupid reasons now just to end ffxi, and start ffxiv.

That's funny, I had a problem, the person on the line was a *** idiot, so I hung up and called back and low and behold, someone who knew what they were talking about picked up the phone.

But yes, I read on another thread that someone was trying to get help, wound up with an idiot on the phone, hung up and called back got the same person..

Maybe I was just lucky

I had the same problem, After I rung them up they sorted out my account.
