Recently I decided to upgrade AF feet because I was too lazy to request hands and have since decided to restart my nuking build
I'm an elf which kinda sucks and I'm 5/5 STR with no intentions of changing that but merits are as follows:
Ninjutsu 8/8
1 merit in each spell, 2 in Huton/Doton/Raiton, 2 in Doton/Raiton:San
I want 1 to go into sange as well for other purposes
Here's the set I was thinking of, all easily obtainable
Please keep in mind this is for messing around

So I'm assuming /rdm and I would swap that cap after the fast cast goes off to anything INT based, I would reckon Koga head would beat 8 INT (5% Dmg) but not sure, debatable on easy to obtain, If NIN skill works like Ele skill, then Ninjutsu+ is for resist rate, I'm not entirely sure actually, in which case an INT earring could beat NIN skill one, otherwise looks just fine, I mean power search to see most INT in what slot I'm sure you did, so yea.
I would do all 6 San's and and then put 1 Sange and then spread extra points, but thats me.

Have you considered camping teh macc matt combo to test how those earrings may compare to the set you have now. Not sure if Macc or nijutsu skill would help more on newks since i don't nin nuke often. also is it grips corresponding to element for acc or is it int? ohhh and may wanna test for ammo that book with macc. high macc will decrease resist rate on higher level nms.

Yeah, /RDM. I can't stomach dynamis anymore and mercing out the koga head is out since people still want it.
Mantle is because the only alternative is some +2 INT back that is r/e I think. And ninjutsu skill helps resist so I wanna make sure I don't get resisted before stacking more dmg

In which case, I'm sure you did power search for highest INT in slots, so barring getting resisted more, it looks fine, or resisting less where you can do INT > skill, Koga feet also have skill for a big boost also.
Phantom Tathlum is better than Sturm's Report for nukes anyway, MACC/MAB earrings set is equivalent to what you have now. Koga Kyahan vs Ninja Kyahan +1 varies, anytime you'd use them it would be 4 MACC vs 6 INT... but as you said, you don't do Dynamis.

Yeah, might try for Altruistic (I think that's the ninjutsu one) but I don't have a shell and all the back pieces are kinda meh

Would somewhat depend on what you are nuking. Your dint lvl will affect your macc to int as well as your MAB to int relationships. More importantly since you are stack loads of int you might hit spots where int either becomes half as effective or go past that to where int does nothing.
That being said 2 +2int earrings will be about the same dmg as moldy on san probably a little more on Ni depending on just how much dint you get, though less macc with that ninjitsu earring.
Also the fast cast back is like 1% maybe 2 I think you can get 2 int with federal army mantle.
If you can prudence torque.
If you can't get HQ staffs for all DWing crimson blades should do more dmg then the NQs except Ice or at least close at low dints

While true, its probably a worthwhile bonus.
10% is quite a lot of damage. Although carrying all 8 would be OTT.
The Obi's are nice. Having a couple of them would probably at least be a good idea.
