FFXI Treasures Of Vana'diel Merch Trade

Just like the title suggests, me and my partner are seeking trades to fill in our missing items from the FFXI treasures exhibition, we have traded a few and we are stuck on the last 6 we are looking for in image 2

We have to trade: In image 1, box 1, the Acrylic Standing figures, we have as follows: Ajido and Apururu set, Seľ'teus, Iroha, AA Hume x2, Luzaf, Shantotto, Trion, AA Elvaan, Aphmau, Ulmia x2 and Aldo.

Box 2: Aquarium Reef, Fishbowl twin set (goldfish and fighting), Aquarium Bay, BCNM pin, Reraise pin, Sneak pin, Deodorise pin, LFG pin.

Box 3 Framed magnets, Ancient blood, Tu lia, Judgement day and Blue blade fell for the black frames, In the White frames: North Gustaburg, Jugner Forest, Lower Jeuno, La Theine, East Ronfaure, West Sarutabaruta, Rolanberry Fields.

I've never heard of any of this.. is it hand made? Where did it come from?

This merchandise is from the official Treasures of Vana'diel exhibition in Japan, In late 2023 and early 2024 people could order merch using thier online mail order form, however this was specifically japanese only, but westerners could aquire them also via a proxy service much like Japan Rabbit.
The latter is how me and my partner obtained them, the items above are blind box items so a great deal of luck was involved in completing the sets as you could only buy 18 of each set! Sadly out of 18 blind box white frames set we are 8/10 haha,

I see.. JP only, a shame it was not more open. Did any of these items include in-game codes? I gotta ask cuz of the exclusivity involved.
