Guildwork Flush Not Working On All Characters

I have guildwork up and running correctly, and the "gw flush" command works fine on some characters, but then does not work correctly on others. I have made sure to use the "gw flush --add" command to make sure the characters are added correctly to my guildwork account.

Anyone know what could be causing this? Just guildwork being weird?
