Achievements Bugged?

I have been moving around servers, exploring all of FFXI has to offer.
I have had some issues getting all achievements to move with the characters.

On a server I have moved from, i still have all achievements, yet when I have moved, and done the verify, etc, logged in and out of guildwork.
I do not have the achievements tab.
I also do not have the voidwatch tab.
I also do not have the Titles tab.

Not bugged-ish but the site atm used data from SE's Linkshell Community beta site for part of it's data to calculate that. It got shut down many years ago at this point. So if you server transfer you can't get achievements. Since it can no longer get this data.

SO if I transfer back to the original, it may work again?

I just went through that. Its showing new points for new weapons, but it doesn't score a single one of my leveled jobs points.
