Freaken AT&T, I've reset modem, and bypassed the firewall, but it is certain zones that r0 me. I was fine in Windy all day, but went to the Cape to DC. But have a few other LS mates experiencing same issue.

Yes me to this been happening to me off and on since last week.

I have ATT Fiber, and all the same issues as the others here.

Weird part is i have Cricket wireless and it runs on ATT Cellular network and i can always get right into the game on it. I am guessing it take a different route to the POL servers then the residential fiber does.

5G connection (Verizon) is now fine (wasn't before). AT&T Fiber connection is whats causing all the issues now.

it may be something on AT&T's end. I'll see if i can get a real person on the chat support this evening. I'd recommend others call or try see if you can get anyone to look in to it otherwise.

I contacted AT&T through chat support. I'm not 100% sure if the agent I spoke to actually understood the issue I was having, but I explained that I was having issues connecting to a specific online game and that after looking in to it I became aware that other people were having the same issue, and that all of us had AT&T fiber, for the most part...

She performed some "line test diagnostics" after resetting my router she let me know that she "configured NAT type settings" and "changed the IP address of IPV6 settings and accessed the port details for the device connection issue" and changed the "bandwidth efficiency"

Honestly it sounds like she reset my router and then threw every networking word she could in to a long sentence...but honestly I was able to connect on all 5 accounts simultaneously for the first time in like 8 hours, so...I guess if its fixed for you now, too you can thank me?

I did Diagnostics -> Resets -> Reset Connect "Resetting your connection will re-establish your broadband connection."

And was able to get all my chars online

lol, nope. I'm able to log in more consistently, but one or more of my characters is disconnected every 30mins or so.

Thank you for the follow-up, Heghmoh. I also have ATT Fiber and could not even get passed POL yesterday on three different characters. Seems like it might be time to take a nice break and sub back in a few months.

I have been online all morning and I was experiencing the same issue even logging into POL was getting all sorts of random messages, after doing this I could tell a difference right away just logging in, before even getting into the game, all chars on 4 hours, no DC's

ive actually been fairly stable sicne a few disconnects this morning. have been connected for atleast the last 8 hours without issue

I have AT&T Fiber and I felt like I've had hiccups since the patch. Yesterday for four hours was a nightmare. I rebooted my computer for an update and then couldn't get back in. I felt like I hung at every hand shake and timed out anytime I might actually make it into the game. After several resets and reboots over the time I finally got in and have been solid again.

same here Norcal, Cali. I have ATnT fiber, interet works fine but wont connect to PoL ><. tried for hrs now.......

Buddies in Arkansas and Canada had DC problems and LAG. I've had 2 instant DC's <no warning> here in Arizona along with LAG spikes. Something is weird with the game lately.

Tethered 5G is now laggy to the point of unplayability. I'm able to connect without issues using a VPN now.

thanks for the idea. I tried tethering to my phone(T-mobile 4G) and was able to log on and play no problem and no dc so either. tried using my home internet again, have the same problem as before, wont get through PoL.

I can't get past the "Checking POL version" screen, then I get the 1160 error code. Any ideas?

It's been more than 2 weeks now and I'm still having the same problem and not sure where to go from here. There's a thread on the official SE forum for this problem too but I'm not sure if anyone actually read it from SE. Anyone know who we can contact to address this issue? Any advise would be appreciated.
