Really nothing to complain about, it's a non-update, but it just wouldn't be the same without saying it

Event Storage NPC & Mog Slip 11 can both hold your nation flags for you, so it's inventory +0.
really only useful if you threw it away long ago either before it was added to the event storage npc or simply not realizing the option existed. There were four new dialogue DAT files added today (two JP two EN), they appear to be zone placeholders. We will see if we get something in them next month, as there will be a new TVR chapter in November.

At this point I'd say so. Will it be the content connected to the Empy reforge? Who knows. Will there be a connection with Relic weapons? Normally I'd say "no" but there are two things that made me wonder. First: SE said a couple of times recently that they wanted to adjust Relic WSs in a "special" relic-adjustment (from the way it was worded, it sounded like small tweaks, nothing big). Second: TVR shows "black" relics. Could it be that the two things are connected? I dunno. I think a lot of people would go emo if SE forced them to change their Relics' colour just to receive a few small tweaks. Also there was a new BGM added. Because we got the new orchestrion key item, the song is probably called "Devil's Delight" and is part of the new additions to the Halloween event.

Get back to work I almost forgot to do Deeds but somehow only managed to get 1 besieged the whole month, I feel they need to up the besieged rate, it gets beaten in under a minute anyway.
When i was in Valefor, there always was a dude that religiously keep track on besieged and yelled the status to entire server.

It was quite frequent. I always saw it. XIview fonts reverted to default fonts due to changes SE added in this update and will likely be changed in november update too, but the icons are the same. Someone ring up Kenshi or Caradog!
Do we need to wait for an updated XI-View? When I logged in my UI is back to standard. Thinking about re pasting the DAT's but I'm afraid I'll break something.
