I think they realized that so many people are still spamming Lilith to try get the Malignance set and as such... adding another HTBF will only worsen the waiting lines.
My take on it anyway. Most likely they purposely increased the amount of drops from lilith so they could Just to slack off the next month.
I'm rather curious about what they're going to do to increase Drg's Wyvern's 'survivability'. As is, the biggest issue Drg has is that when YOU die, you have to wait for Call Wyvern. So it's much less so an issue with Wyvern death tbh lol.
yeah release head body hand legs in 4 months and then wait a year to release the body in true FFXI fashion.
