Not sure what I'm supposed to be thinking about this.
Other than the obvious: "sure, I'd hit that." I really doubt you'll find anybody proficient in oly lifting on FFXI, just sayin'.
That said, you need a shitton more flexibility, you're kicking the floor unnecessarily, and you're making the bar go far too high. Apes said: » Thoughts, Critiques? I understand people not knowing BBCode, that's ok. That's what us *** are here for. *points at the red bars* I'm more of a power lifter myself so snatches and cleans aren't really my thing. Looks like you are lifting the bar instead of diving under it, easy to get bad habits from no weight practice.
I've been power lifting for 20 years though so I'm terrible at teaching people form since I can't usually grasp why they can't just pop their shoulder blades out like me or visualize the muscle group currently utilized. One of the reasons my daughter hates gyming with me now. Look like you're on a good path since you aren't skipping legs! Lakshmi.Buukki

Ya man Olympic lifts are stupid af esp for building mass or athletics. No one wants to do it but the best way to look your best is a ~600 rep targeted workout with light weight with lots of trigger pointing / body tempering / rolling out / stretching before and after your workout. Be a mf ninja not some dude who videos form ... if you worry about your form the weight is too much already generally

Looks like a crossfit gym, run as fast as possible away. I don't care how hot the girls are. Olympic lifts are for people training for olympics and crossfit tards. The risk/reward just isn't in your favor. Herniate a lumbar disc and be out of the gym for years and multiple surgery that failed. Or worse, strung out on pain pills. If you want flexibility, do a yoga class. Can find hot girls there, ez. To get strength gains, some many better ways than crossfit stuff. Offline

I'm not a fan of him posting this on the FFXI section nor the workout, but clowning a guy working on his form and making fun of the weight he's able to lift is a straight up *** move. He could just be starting out or looking for pointers, but no reason to be an *** about it.

If he was genuinely looking for pointers on his form and you're shaming him for starting with light weight, then you're an idiot, probably an ego-lifter, and you should feel bad about yourself. It's not forum police so much as it is common sense. You're ability to lift a bar over your head has zero to do with FFXI and posting it in the correct area you'd likely be met with better commentary. At this point, you're going to just get trolled for several reasons. Case in point, ^
