makes me wonder are there any RMT with one of those pizza delivery policies? along the lines of "if it takes longer than 30 minutes the pizza is free".

yes, it's messed up. I get Error code:POL-1341 "An unexpected problem occurred. Persistent problems can be reported from Service & Support".
