You might remember me:
It's been a while since 2013, and that post I linked above made me a lot of friends. I'm not the only one who sees my JO crystal glow bright white anymore. In the time since, my bro/lettes have organized. We meet a few times each week to recharge.
We JO'd so hard that OminousOnes Linkshell is happy to announce that we now:
1. Offer Merc. Services, and
2. Are Recruiting / Are in search of a few candidates to charge our JO crystals' essences alongside.

Recruitment / Linkshell Info:
When Dynamis-D came out, my crystal started to flicker a deep purple hue when jerking it with my buds. That's how I came to know there's still more out there for us all. I think we can make it shine deep purple and I'm not willing to give up.

When we're not charging our JO crystals, we like to run Dynamis-D on Tuesdays (Wave 3), Omen on Thursdays, Aeonics (as-needed) and Omen on Sundays, and Dynamis-D on Satudays (Farm).
Most events gather at 8:15PM ET.

A few flexible folks with one or more of the following well-gear jobs will pique a few things, including but not limited to our interest:
1. RMEA DD (Master)
2. COR (Master)
3. BRD (REA)
4. WHM (Good at Cure Button)
5. GEO (beating heart required. No undead)
6. Best Mage (RDM) (Mastered)

If you want confidence at work, home, or social situations and your crystal is ready to charge up and JO, please PM me a picture of you wearing it (or reach out to Snuffle, Jakar, Jetackuu, Kodiaq, Willtheinfinite, or Kludge in-game or through our discord, linked above). We have all these crystals and would love to charge them up more with new bros and she-bros (there's no women on the internet). Don't be shy, unless that's your kink, then we can attempt to accommodate.

Now that winteriscoming.png and we've used and abused ourselves a lot (so many crystals charged) we are looking for some fresh meet to join.

(Disclaimer: I miss a lot of tells as I'm usually on and afk, and my dbox here I check infrequently, so discord is probably the best method for me).

We have slots open for those who are experienced and those who are up-and-coming on the mage, support, and melee sides of things.

If you're looking to get to know a truly good group of knowledgable people to wind down in the evenings and JO with, folks who are capable of taking out most content the game has to offer, then look no further.

We're in the middle of a Wave 3 re-clear rotation, some Sunday morning Reisenjima H.E.L.M. clears, and weekly Sunday Omens. We've been JO'ing off with each other since Sept. '17, and are still going hard!

As Jet noted, contact over discord is preferred, but XIAH messages work too! Charge on!

Newly returned player for FFXI, my journey began just 6 months ago as a fresh re-roll and what an adventure already. FFXI is a different kind of MMO and requires a knowledgeable LS to make the most of it. Many things that other MMO's experience such as defined strats and roles, BIS sets, and predetermined job loadouts just don't apply here. Having a skilled LS with leadership and experience is the most important part of success in FFXI. You can of course take a highly tuned group who are geared out the WAZOO and steamroll content but the true skill of LS leaders lies in getting the most out of the people you have, plugging in the right people into the right spots for success. Balancing the demands of ensuring ppl know what they need to do and also being able to experience friendly and fun environments that make you want to log in. These are the things that OM1 "Ominous Ones" offers.
