WotG - Can You Gain More Than One Rank Per Eval?

My question is pretty straight forward. Can I gain more than one rank each campaign evaluation period if i've done more than the required amount of campaign, and gained more allied notes than required to rank up?

I ask because I'd like to do some of the campaign ops during this month's event, but i've been lazy and haven't finished WotG.

according to some older 11 sites, the amount required to rank up goes up over the duration of the medal, so if you get 4k the first day you rank up, but if you wait until the next AMAN trove reset (like me) it takes closer to 12k.

this makes sense to me. I usually only go once per month for Trove RoE..

and I usually renew medal right BEFORE I start. which is the wrong way to do it. I was surprised last couple of times that I didn't rank up. but this would explain it.
