Water is wet, fire is hot. A high pop server in an aged game is going to attract new unskilled players, period. And the reason why many of them leave, or get stuck, are people with sticks up their *** who can't be bothered to explain anything or help out.
Tons of people on the server who want to help, people just expect handouts or want to pay for content. No community, just heres my gil, kill this for me. Its an mmo, team up, and stop getting carried by the people who put the work in.

When you server jump, do you get an amount of time to jump back?
tbh asura is great unless you get offended easily then your better off goin to servers that SE deleted years ago. yes theres alot of bots yes theres alot of trolls but ive found tons of people that would do fked up setups just to see if it can be done. if you dont have fun on this server you dont belong here

No using the SE account management site as it becomes unavailable for anything once one char transfer and stays like that for 3 days iirc.
Maybe if you can talk to GM but idk.
