Water is wet, fire is hot. A high pop server in an aged game is going to attract new unskilled players, period. And the reason why many of them leave, or get stuck, are people with sticks up their *** who can't be bothered to explain anything or help out.

I help people out all the time, and know plenty of people who do, too.
The people complaining are people expecting a free merc, aka "you do all the work and give me the item" instead of people who genuinely want to contribute.

If it's any consolation, there is a little competition to bait all the shout nazis and get them banned. So far i think like 2-3 of the prominent racist shitheels got the boot.

I've cursed lots in yell. I suspect it's more the content, i.e. directly insulting someone or threatening.
I mean generally if you're swearing its at someone, not just dropping an fbomb for funsies. I actually got a temp ban two months for calling someone C()CKSUCKER in all caps. (long story, pretty tame leading up to that point)
I've used "Jesus tittyfuckin' Christ" in yell to nothing.
