Varies from 10-30m based on which seller you go to. A lot of times individual Reisenjima NMs are so expensive for all of them that they cumulativly cost more than the whole-Aeonic price.

I have only ever seen shouts for Mercing aeonics on Odin, never once an Ambuscade shout. I assume the only advantage to getting a Merc for V1 VD is for the gear on a mule?

For some people, yeah. it's also 'essentially' just buying alexandrite. you pay 5m and you "get to obtain" 720 alexandrite (per run worth ~4m) + 1m(ish) from Gallantry. so you break even, and get total hallmarks items for actually free.
I'll buy VD shouts all day long for 5m, for no other reason than to get the buyables and break even without actually having to do
ambuscade.
(*) This month kinda sucks because gallantry:gil ratio is all garbage items. a run is only worth like 4.4m
