Typing The Tilde Crashing XI

Hello,

To preface, I unloaded all add-ons and plugins(except luacore, couldn't unload that), however, if I type the tilde I crash my XI instances. Even typing it in my web browser, Microsoft word, etc causes it to crash. Hence why I didn't put squiggle in this post.

If anyone has any ideas what could be causing it, lemme know.

Do you have discord or any other programs on at the time?

More information: Happens on a friends PC too. His client, his hardware, his windower setup. I will load vanilla XI and check after event tonight.

Formating OS will take me some time

Chrome, Discord, Razor Synapse. I will close all of those tonight when I check again

So, Restarted my PC. Tilde still crashed me.
Updated Chrome: Still crashed on Tilde.
Updated Discord as it was acting weird with my other servers, missing names, not showing people in voice channels, etc. Tilde works fine now.

No idea if it is linked, but that fixed it.

Sometimes discord can act funny with certain games.
