Windower Immediately Crashes

It fires up. Shows the Windower 4 splash screen and immediately crashes. Never makes it to profiles.

I believe a windows update is what caused it to crash. Unfortunately it will no longer let me roll it back. What's wierd is I'm using the same build it updated to on another PC and it works fine.

I have tried un-installing and re-installing everything from Windower to FFXI.

Did you ever fix this? I have the same error in the crash log. Tried fresh install and nothing.
