DgVoodoo Question

I am getting a weird "slowdown" effect when im running at certain times. My hardware in my pc is not out of date or old so i dont know if it is a setting that i dont have enabled/disabled or just something that happens in certain areas. i used a video from youtube to get my settings and set up dgvoodoo. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gppbG1nJ5cg

i7-6700k 4.0 ghz
16gb RAM

Is it like you are running in slow motion I get that too sometimes usually in Mhura or other crowded areas. I think my setting are the same as yours if not very close
