Can't you just buy them off the AH? You're already on Asura. Not like someplace else will be cheaper.

The standard of cheap vs. expensive, if seen from a select server perspective, can always be lowered. However, I suppose, if you look at the Asuran prices from the perspective of an onlooker on a different server, they can be seen as a steal in some cases; which might trigger a question about why the prices need to be lowered at all when the outside viewer is faced with a larger price range than the individual on the inside.

All i gotta do is look at AH sales on this website to see Asura is almost always cheaper. Yeah you can possibly get a deal someplace else but who really cares about a couple mil difference when the supply is already right where you're at (and you can save your $36)? But whatever do what you want lol it's your money.
