Is there a way to combine Binder's syntax with normal keyboard keys during an alias binding?

let's say I want to use ALT or CTRL and g19_m1g1. The following syntax isn't working. It ignores the "^" and the "!" I put in front of it
==> alias ^g19_m1g1 input /ja something <t>

They have text chat and text channels as well. Much better than skype.
