So I'm not sure who started this "You need to complete 68 to get this" nonsense, but it's entirely untrue. There are 67 assignments at Advisor or below, and finishing them grants both KIs at the same time.

I know this is old as *** content, but it's worth noting. I fixed all the references on BG wiki but someone might wanna fix them everywhere else.
