Reisenjima Geas Fete Equip Campaign

Does this campaign work differently from the last time it was offered, in April?

I checked the wording of the announcement posts on the pol site and it's identical, but after two days of bouncing back and forth between Ru'Aun and Reisenjima I haven't gotten a single drop other than eschalixers and stones.

Last time this campaign was offered I got nearly all the possible weapons, and a bunch of random herc/odyssean/merlinic/etc pieces.

Am I doing something wrong? Am I just incredibly unlucky? Is the announcement an error? Or does the campaign work differently than the last time even though the wording is the same?

Could refer to the pop NM and not the dragon or you just have super bad luck. Either way The Original way was only on the T1-T3 NMs iirc

The dragons are domain invasion, not gaes fete. Gaes fete are the popped NMs using tribulens/radialens. They are different events.

That's a bad on the translation team, then. Dragons are domain invasion, there's no reason to expect a Gaes Fete campaign would effect them. I don't think that was up in april, though. Pretty sure you're just remembering wrong

Three more examples where the wording is identical. I also went back as far as 2014 and could find no mention of gear drops for any Domain Invasion Campaign. (another ex: http://www.playonline.com/pcd/topics/ff11us/detail/15065/detail.html)

So this goes back to why I made the thread in the first place- if the wording is exactly the same, should i expect this event to work similarly or is it different this time?

I see, so the extra gear was specific to the treasure coffer campaign during the Grand Returnee Fiesta and hasn't been available in any of the other similar Domain Invasion campaigns?

If that's the case, that would explain it, and I just got lucky and participated the one time it was handing out free gear.

Treasure coffer campaign is the Dragons having extra Loot.

The more you want it, the less likely the event will ever be that

it is possible the treasure coffer event will be up for 1 day on the 14th the 1 day special event but who knows with SE.
