Turbo Charger 2 And Pet Haste On Gear

Was hoping to get a clarification.. I've seen some posts here that recommend getting pet haste on gear but I've also seen posts where turbo charger counts as equipment haste on gear and with 2/3 wind maneuvars you can cap haste
So is it worth It to get pet haste or will it be wasted.due to.wind maneuvars

Turbo Chargers count as magic haste. The posts that you saw to the contrary likely pre-dated the change from equipment haste.

But the total puppet haste cap is still 45%?

No, it isn't. 68.75, like every one else without JA/JT delay reduction.

Gear haste caps at 25% (26 to be safe)
Magic haste caps at 43.75 (44% to be safe)

TC1/2 count as magic haste
Gear with pet:haste counts towards gear haste

TC1 = 5/15/20/25 (0/1/2/3 maneuvers)
TC2 = 7/17/28/43.75

With TC1+tc2 (no optic fiber) you are at 12/32/43.75/43.7
With TC1/2 + optic fiber (no light) you are at 13.2/35.2/x/x
With TC1/2 + optic fiber (1 light) you are at 14.4./38.4/x/x

Is turbo charger II better then TCI? My TC1 is locked in my storage and idk how to get it out.

They are cumulative, you usually want both.

What do you mean it's locked in storage? Why wouldn't you have immediately given it to your puppet after buying it?

As for stuck in storage...do you mean mog locker? Or 'storage'. go to your home nation mog house to get your storage, or pay y0 billz to get the mog locker unlocked.
