Equipment Tab - Equipable Jobs Filter

I did some searching to see if this had been suggested before, but I only see a thread about adding sorting options. My suggestion would be to add some filtering options to the equipment tab, especially what jobs can use the gear, so that when people are gearing up new jobs and/or redoing their gear for a job, they can easily see what equipment options they have for that job.
