You need to silence it to keep it from curebombing itself using Plenilune Embrace.

Lightchains and/or Stutter Step help a lot too.

Considering you do this for the KI - just do the T3 Coeurl. Sure it might deathray eyes someone if they dont turn, but it's really hard to actually wipe or not kill it in time.

This is 100% correct, Sinaa is very easy compared to Azeman. Several reasonably geared (sparks, even) DDs, a WHM, and perhaps a BRD can easily kill this one. A tank helps (PLD, RUN) but it can be tanked on SAM BLU RDM with little difficulty. (Not a word about scholar tanks..... xD)

Your WHM should be prepared with Silena and Paralyna though, and dispelling its attack boost is also helpful if you find you're taking a lot of dmg.

If you fear the death glare, don't lock on and turn when you ws.

Yeah I had thought about Sinaa today since some BST's can solo it in under 20 minutes with pets and trusts apparently. I am not sure how much Gekko Spammage would keep the Gnole silenced if that was the method used, but if we aren't doing fracture we could probably do Sinaa. I am up for either one honestly.

Gekko and, if you use scythe, Guillotine both work to silence Azeman... but it'll start building resistance fairly quickly. (I know from experience.) If silence resist occurs the fight will become extremely difficult because Azeman's Plenilune heals a large portion of HP, in addition to it getting (I think) considerable fast cast as its HP drops. And he'll spam it. He also hits hard with Asuran Claws.

I have never done Sinaa with pet jobs but I assume it'll work. If you are using trust, then a trust whm and a trust bard will round out your party if you're using mainly DDs. Karaha-Baruha (I think that's his name) will even Barthundra you if he gets nailed with Charged Whisker, which Sinaa will use. He's also pretty fast on status removal.

From the sounds of things you will probably have a far easier time killing Sinaa for the KI, because other than the possibility of instadeath it's really an easy fight.
