Silly question...
I have all 3 past nation quests done so i can keep my medal of altana forever but what if i switch back to my previous allegiance? I lose 2 medals in any case or i keep my highest medal because i finished wotg quests? thx

If you've never switched past allegiances, your first switch to each nation is 'free'.
Afterward, as of this time, you lose your top two medals when switching BACK to a nation you were previously with, regardless of completion.

ok then, i wont switch even if it's annoying =P
Hopefully, from the way it sounded in the description when announced with the previous campaign event... the upcoming 'finisher' quest or whatnot seems like you won't lose medals anymore for switching... but they keep pushing that quest back.
