In the event of a wipe caused by our members, your gil will be refunded in full. Please note that if you choose to act on your own and cause us to wipe, your gil will not be refunded. Purchased a KI from us but didn't get the item you wanted? We now offer you the chance to pay a reduced fee in exchange for lotting rights. For 15M, you will accompany us until your item drops (limit 3 runs). In other words, if you take up this offer and your item doesn't drop during the first run, you will come on the next run. If it doesn't drop on second run, you will come back for the third run. If your item doesn't drop by the third run, you've still made 210k plasm and can buy the item from the NPC. Gil is paid upfront.

We are constantly doing boss runs throughout the week with times starting at 8PM EST and running until midnight-1AM on Monday-Friday and afternoons/nights on Saturday and Sunday. We're flexible!
