Attacking Issues [Windower]

Recently came back from a long break from game and noticed after reinstalling new windower version and getting everything updated and working properly that I had one issue that I did not know how to fix. I cannot attack... well I can but I get no animation or menu options; I can see chat log scrolling as if i'm in battle but does not show me attacking only standing there and the menu still says "attack" no option to "disengage".

Any ideas?

If you ate using windower 4 beta, it didn't work for me coming back recently. I used the version before and that windower works so far. I heard the new one had lots of bugs, it would freeze for me so I didn't get to experience any battles with win4
